  • How do I begin the process?
    Please call me at (336) 724-0046 and leave a confidential message with your name, telephone number, and purpose of your call.

    I check messages regularly and can usually respond to calls within 24 hours on business days.

    When we speak, it is helpful for me to hear a brief explanation of your reason for seeking therapy at this time. (Please know that we will discuss this in more detail at our initial meeting.) I can answer questions you may have about fees and payment, scheduling, and my Winston Salem office location. If you are ready to proceed, we will schedule an initial appointment.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    I am an in-network provider for several insurance companies including Blue Cross/Blue Shield; State Employees Health Plan, Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance and Medcost.

    I operate as an out-of-network provider with several other insurance companies.

    I recommend you contact your insurance company in advance of our first meeting with specific questions about your policy's coverage.

    • Is there a limit to what my insurance will pay in a year?

    I am always screening for new clients.

    Several variables are involved in determining whether or not we will proceed with working together. Generally these issues are discussed in the initial telephone call or interview.
